Guests and their visitors must comply with the following general obligations and rules:

• Respect the residential purpose of the apartments.
• Respect the amenities and safety of property and neighbors Refrain from any uncivilized/inappropriate behavior
• Guests must not make noise that is offensive to neighbors during arrival and departure and at any time during their stay, especially between 10 pm and 8 am. A noise may be considered too loud if it can be heard by a neighbor and the doors and windows are closed.
• Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas.
• Children under 14 years of age must be supervised in all recreation areas.
• Observe the parking rules, show attention and do not cause violation of parking rules for others.
• Dispose of waste promptly in designated areas.
• Guests should not leave trash in public areas
• Guests must comply with applicable trash and recycling collection days, as well as any requirements regarding trash disposal or waste minimization.
• Notify Licensee of any disputes or complaints as soon as possible.

Behavior that does not comply with these Rules may lead to:

• Termination of residence permit.
• Eviction of a guest.
• Loss of the amount paid for accommodation.
• Pay additional fees depending on damage as per list price.
